With their impressive appearance and vibrant print, they're guaranteed to turn the heads of passers-by wherever they're utilised. Use them at events, conferences or just on your premises and bring your branding to every surface.

Sizes

We offer custom sizes, as well as preset sizes to fit on a standard 6ft trestle table. The 'open back' option means that the cloth hangs down 3 sides of the table, and leaves the back of the table open and accessible. The 'closed back' option hangs down to the floor on all 4 sides of the table.

Materials

115gsm Polyester Fabric or 180gsm Waterproof Polyester Fabric.

Finishing

Sewn in double backstitch. Double fold hem, 10 mm wide. Symmetrical 7 mm double stitching (1.5 mm from edges). Stitch width: 5 mm.

Printing

115 g/m² - Inkjet sublimation* printing in CMYK (four-colour process) on one side with 96% colour transfer through the cloth.

180 g/m² - UV-cured printing to one side.

*Due to the high temperatures of the sublimation process, the flag fabric may shrink by up to 5%

Standard: 5-6 working days
Express: 3 working days
Urgent: 2 working days

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Is there a size limit?

These tablecloths can be printed at any size, however it is worth bearing in mind that the 180gsm waterproof fabric will have splices if you choose a width or length greater than 2.15 metres. Whereas if you choose the 115gsm polyester fabric it will have splices if it exceeds a width or length of 1.55 metres. These are very neatly done and shouldn't affect the look of your cloth.

What can be printed on tablecloths?

Anything you like! Our tablecloths are printed in full colour over the whole surface of the cloth so you can have whatever background colour you want, and can display your logo or any other image as many times as you want on the cloth. You could even have photographs printed all over it if you want.

Supplying Your Own Design

We recommend allowing an inner-margin of 60mm within your design. This area should be kept free from any important content (text, logos) and only used for background images and colours.

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
