Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.

What size are your Presentation Folders?

We can supply our Presentation Folders slightly larger than A4 and A5, suitable for holding either A4 or A5 size documents. These should be perfect for most uses but custom templates can be created, so please Get in Touch if you need something else.

Can I upload my own design to your presentation folders?

Of course! You can download all our templates from the 'Artwork' tab. Alternatively, we are more than happy to design the entire folder for you. Just let us know what you need!

Are the Presentation Folders ready assembled?

It depends on what type of folder you order. The interlocking folders are sent out flat for simple self-assembly. The glued folders are supplied assembled and ready to use.

Do I need lamination?

Since the folders are on thick card and are folded, the folds can crack a little, especially on areas with heavy print coverage. We do recommend lamination on the printed sides of your folders to minimise this, as well as giving your folders a really professional finish.

Is it possible to match the Presentation Folder to my Business Card?

Indeed it is. Simply supply us with your pre-existing materials in whatever format you can and we will make sure that everything fits together perfectly. We have a wealth of experience creating consistent branding packages so this is a very straightforward procedure.

Supplying Your Own Design

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

Designs should be supplied using the relevant template. You can download our templates here:


Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the template cutting lines, which should contain no text or other critical elements.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
