DS Creative Ltd is committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and ensure transparency within our organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to our organisation.

2. Organisational Structure

DS Creative is a creative solutions provider based in the United Kingdom. We operate primarily within the UK, serving clients both domestically and internationally across various sectors.

3. Our Commitment

DS Creative recognises that modern slavery is a real and significant issue and we are committed to ensuring that our supply chains and any part of our business are free from slavery and human trafficking.

4. Due Diligence Processes

To identify and mitigate risk:

Risk Assessment: We regularly evaluate the nature and extent of our exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in our supply chains.
Supplier Vetting: We have in place systems to:
Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all employees, customers, and suppliers to report any suspicion of slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation.

5. Supplier Adherence

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors to comply with our values. The company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

6. Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.

7. Our Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking

We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:

Completion of audits by external providers.
Use of labour monitoring and payroll systems.
Level of communication and personal contact with the next link in the supply chain and their understanding of, and compliance with, our expectations.

8. This Policy

This policy is in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.

9. Review

The board of directors will review our Modern Slavery Policy annually and will implement necessary changes or improvements.
