What is Foamex?
Foamex is a lightweight and versatile PVC foam sheet, ideal for shop signage.
Is Foamex waterproof?
Yes. Foamex is water repellent and weatherproof. It is also rated as UV fade resistant for up to 7 years, making it perfect for external signage.
Is it possible to write on Foamex boards?
It is possible yes. Just make sure you use a permanent marker for best results. If you wish to write and remove text from your boards then please make sure you select dry wipe lamination when ordering your product.
How do I affix my Foamex board to a wall?
Foamex is very easy to put up. We recommend a strong adhesive like No More Nails applied directly to the board and surface. For best results, make sure both surfaces are fully clean and dry before application.
What is the turnaround on Foamex boards?
Foamex boards take around 4 working days to complete.
Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.
Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
