The ideal short-term signage solution. Made of lightweight, twin-wall 4mm thick fluted plastic, suitable for both indoor and outdoor usage. Sometimes referred to Fluteboard or Fluted Polypropylene. It can be recycled and comes in standard sheet sizes upto 2400 x 1200mm (8ft x 4ft). Larger designs can be tiled over multiple pieces.
Larger sheets (up to 3050mm x 1550mm) can be sourced, but these need to be quoted separately. Please contact us if you need a quote for this.

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.
What is Correx?
Correx is a very lightweight and versatile polypropylene sheet, suitable for building site signage, estate agent boards and other signs.
Is it waterproof?
Yes; Correx is both waterproof and weatherproof! It's also rated as UV fade resistant for 5+ years, making it perfect for external signage.
How do I affix my Correx board to a wall?
We recommend a strong adhesive like No More Nails applied directly to the board and surface. Make sure both surfaces are fully clean and dry before application.
What is the turnaround on Foamex boards?
Correx boards take around 4 working days to complete.
Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.
Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
