Our strut cards are printed on a thick 450gsm silk and with the option for lamination to make them wipe clean and hard-wearing. They have a strong, fold out strut affixed to the back which makes them easy to set up.

Simply upload your design (or have us make one for you!), choose your size and lamination and you're good to go.

Don't forget to recycle our products where possible!

Turnaround Time

Standard: 4-5 working days

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.

Do they require assembly?

No. The cards come with the strut affixed to the back. It just needs folding out and they are ready to us.

Are these printed on thick cardboard?

Our strut cards are printed on 450gsm silk. This is a fairly thick card that we also use for our thicker business cards. It isn't a thick boxboard which costs a lot more to print, and gives a good balance between thickness and cost.

Why choose to add lamination?

We would recommend the extra layer of protection to help your strut cards last longer. While the silk card we use is quite hardwearing as it is, the laminate will extend the cards lifespan and help defend them against spills and stains.

Supplying Your Own Design

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
