Turnaround Time
Please choose your turnaround time from the options available. Note that delivery would be 1 day later, or you can collect.
For same day printing, you must order and supply your files before 11am.
Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.
Can I photocopy both black-and-white and color documents?
Yes, we offer both black-and-white and color photocopying services.
What file formats can I submit for photocopying?
You can submit your files in PDF, JPEG, or TIFF formats.
I have a big book that I want all the pages copying from. I only want one or two copies. Can you do this?
Unfortunately not. Multiple page documents must be able to go through our automatic feed scanner. Manually scanning lots of pages is very time consuming and wouldn’t be covered by the prices here.
Can my copies print right to the edge of the page?
Our photocopying prices are based on ‘dead size’ printing. This means we print onto sheets that are already cut down to the right size (most often A4). The printer can’t print to the very edge of the page and there is always a small white margin.
If you need full bleed printing, this is available on most of our other products, including Short Run/On Demand Print, Posters (Long Run), Posters (Short Run), Leaflets and many more.
Supplying Your Own Design
Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.
Finished Size
A4: 210mm x 297mm
A3: 297mm x 420mm
Size with Bleed
A4: 216mm x 303mm
A3: 303mm x 426mm
Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves..
