Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.
What is Foamex?
Foamex is a lightweight and versatile PVC foam sheet, ideal for shop signage.
Is it waterproof?
Yes; Foamex is both waterproof and weatherproof! It's also rated as UV fade resistant for up to 7 years, making it perfect for external signage.
Is it possible to write on these boards?
It is, and we recommend using a permanent marker for the best results. If you wish to write and remove text from your boards, then please make sure you select the 'dry wipe lamination' option when ordering your product.
How do I affix my Foamex board to a wall?
We recommend a strong adhesive like No More Nails applied directly to the board and surface. Make sure both surfaces are fully clean and dry before application.
What is the turnaround on Foamex boards?
Foamex boards take around 4 working days to complete.
Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.
Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
