Turnaround Time
Standard: 3 working days
Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.
What's the difference between 'wove' and 'contour' card?
Wove is a standard card finish. Largely smooth with just a slight texture to the surface to give it a classy feel. Contour is a textured finish. Be aware that the print can be slightly affected by the textured surface, so we don’t recommend the contour card for designs that include photographs.
Can I order a sample to see the different cards you offer?
Absolutely. We understand how important these once in a lifetime products are and we want to make sure you get exactly what you want from the service. Just Get in Touch and we will be happy to send you out some samples to demonstrate our full range.
Is it possible to get a proof sent over before going to print?
Yes. we always make sure our customers receive a high-quality PDF proof of their work before anything goes to print. We want to make sure you are happy with your end product so if there are any errors or changes that need making, we like to make sure that they are caught nice and early.
Supplying Your Own Design
Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.
Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
