Unlike a lot of the larger companies you may come across, all of our correspondence is handled in house. Cutting out the middleman and saving you and your company valuable time.

Alternatively, you can visit our contact us page and fill in the form provided. This will send your details directly to us and we will usually respond to your message the same working day.

We also offer face to face appointments throughout the day so if you feel your project could benefit from a more hands on approach then feel free to book in with a member of the team and we will be able to work one on one with you to make your vision a reality.

Important things to remember

There are many things to consider when producing high quality printed materials and we understand that not everyone knows the ins and outs quite like we do. Here are a few examples of questions we may ask or materials we may need you to provide.

Paper 

We cater for most different paper needs. The main things you need to let us know are:

  • Thick or thin?
  • Shiny or uncoated?
  • Printed on one side or printed on both?

If you know the exact GSM or finish then that's great. If not then don't worry, that's why we're here.

Content

Do you already have an image or text prepared for print? if so then please follow our artwork supply guide to ensure that it will be able to be printed to the highest standards. If you would like us to design the content of your product, that is also something we would be happy to provide. Our skilled team of graphic designers are always searching for a new challenge. Simply provide us with a brief description of your desired result along with any images, logos or colour schemes you are fond of and we will go to work arranging these assets into an eyecatching and professional layout for you.

Not sure what you want? we can help there too. Even just a general idea of the end product will allow us to come up with a few examples for you to pick elements from. 

Timeframe

Depending on the size and scale of your project, the turnaround times may vary. Please have in mind a date you need your completed product ready for so we can let you know if this is achievable and we can work towards the same goal.

Budget

We will always do our best to provide you with the lowest prices we possibly can. Our rates are very competitive and as we do almost everything on site we are able to cut out a lot of the outsourcing costs associated with larger companies.
