Include as much or as little information, photos or decoration as you like - when consulting with our in-house team of designers, anything is possible. Feel free to provide us with your own photos or artwork and we'll make your ideas a reality.

Turnaround Time

Standard: 3-4 working days

Express: 1-2 working days

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.

What's the difference between 'wove' and 'laid' paper/card?

Wove is a standard card finish. Largely smooth with just a slight texture to the surface to give it a classy feel. Laid is a lightly textured card with a traditional striped pattern.

Is it possible to get a proof sent over before going to print?

Yes. We always make sure our customers receive a high-quality PDF proof of their work before anything goes to print. We want to make sure you are happy with your end product. If there are any errors or changes that need making, we like to make sure that they're caught nice and early.

Supplying Your Own Design

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
