Turnaround Time
Standard: 7 working days
Turnaround times start from supply of correct, print-ready artwork; if we are providing the design, it begins once we have your approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.
What are the nibs of the pens like?
Our pens each have a trusty rollerball tip. Smooth to write with and easy to handle!
What is 'padprint' printing? Or 'screen' printing?
These are alternative printing techniques that can use specific ‘spot’ or ‘pantone’ colour inks for printing. Padprint uses something similar to a rubber stamp (but much more accurate) to put down each colour individually. Screenprinting uses something more like a stencil, that the ink is pushed through.
These processes allow exact colours to be used, and can result in a sharper finish to the print. Full colour printing is normally cheaper and more flexible (as it allows multiple colours to be used for no extra cost), but colours are made up using a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow and black, so may not be quite as sharp for fine detail.
Where will my design be printed?
You can choose to have your design printed near the top of the pen next to the clip, or down the length of the pen up to the barrel. If your design is quite long, it’s probably best to print it lengthways; while shorter designs may suit the single space near the clip better.
Supplying Your Own Design
Please supply your logo/design as a PDF file, or any other vector format (such as EPS or AI), where possible.
