What is Dibond?
Dibond is an aluminium composite material comprised of 2 pre-painted sheets of aluminium with a solid polyethylene core. It is a durable and lightweight material, ideal for printing external signage.
How long will a Dibond board last?
If looked after correctly, your dibond board could last for up to ten years when used indoors or up to five years if used for outdoor signage.
What is the benefit of Dry Wipe Lamination?
Dry Wipe Lamination will not only increase the durability of your product, but will enable the board to be written on with dry wipe markers, meaning you can add or remove information at a moments notice without leaving any lasting marks.
How long will it take to receive my Dibond Board?
Our Standard turnaround time for Dibond Boards is 3-4 working days.
What are Dibond Boards best used for?
Dibond is an excellent material for external signage or advertisements due to its weather resistant nature and its sturdy durability.
Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.
Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
