Why can't I order smaller numbers of letterheads?

For most of our products, we use digital printing methods to produce smaller quantities, and we press print for larger quantities. For most products this offers the best balance of price and quality regardless of what quantity you need. Unlike most of our products, letterheads generally need to be able to run through your own printer. Digitally printed letterheads cannot be safely run through laser printers as the heats involved affect the print.

To try to minimise this problem, we press print all letterheads. However, this does mean that doing very small numbers is not economical. 250 is really the least we can do without making a loss. If you definitely only need to hand write on your letterheads, or print using an inkjet printer, then we are happy to digitally print smaller numbers for you. Please get in touch for a quote.

What exactly is a letterhead?

A letterhead, in simple terms, is paper branded with your company. This means that for every invoice or internal memo, your companies branding and address will be prominently displayed at the top of each page as well as any additional information you wish to add.

What information should my letterhead contain?

Ideally, your letterheads should include your company's logo, strapline/motto and contact details, to let the reader know exactly who they're dealing with. The rest is completely up to you!
