Turnaround Time

Standard: 3-4 working days

Express: 1-2 working days

Same Day: If ordered before 11am, ready by 4pm. Orders after 11am will be ready by 4pm the next day.

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.

We typically print and ship custom menus within 1-4 business days depending on the turnaround option you select.

Can I include photos or images in my custom menus?

I'm stuck designing my menu!

We know it can be a bit daunting, so here’s a bit of advice to get you started:

1. Make a note of everything that’s on your theoretical menu. Organise it into sections of food, drinks, desserts etc.. Include any allergy information and the pricing, of course!
2. Create short but sweet descriptions of each menu item. List what the dish contains, whether it’s gluten-free or vegan, etc.
3. If you’re wanting to include images of food on your menu, take some! Preferably to a professional standard – the higher quality, the more appetising they’ll look. It’s always better to have real examples of the dishes your customers will receive, but if it’s proving to be difficult, fear not – we have access to a large database of professional stock images which we can include, if you’d prefer.

If you’ve got all of these down, simply send it over to us and we’ll get things organised in an eye-catching, easy-to-read format.

Supplying Your Own Design

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.

Please allow a minimum 3mm safe-zone inside the trim line, which should contain no text or other critical elements.

Please ensure all fonts are embedded or text is converted to outlines/curves.
