Pop-up perfection!

Create a showstopping backdrop for exhibitions, events or market stalls with a custom pop-up exhibition stand.

The full kits include:
- Pop-Up structure with carry bag
- Magnetic rails and rail bag
- Magnetic graphic hanging kits
- Printed panels with attached magnetic tape
- Moulded wheeled carry case with wraparound printed graphic and folding beech top (doubles up as a counter)
- 2 halogen lamps

The stand only option includes:
- Pop-Up structure with carry bag

- Printed panels with attached magnetic tape (supplied in a double wall cardboard box)

We offer both curved and straight stands.

If you're already set with a stand, we can provide the replacement graphics, too, though please check with us for compatibility first!

Turnaround Time

Standard: 3-4 working days

Turnaround times are from supply of correct, print-ready artwork, or if we are doing the design, approval of proofs. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude bank holidays.

What do the different sizes represent?

It represents how many squares the frame is comprised of. A 3x3 frame is 3 rows of 3 squares, whilst a 4x3 frame is 4 across and 3 down. Both sizes have additional graphic panels which wrap around the edges covering up the frame neatly.

The sizes when the stand is set up are as follows:

3 x 3 Curved Stand - 2540mm (w) x 670mm (d) x 2240mm (h)

4 x 3 Curved Stand - 3010mm (w) x 965mm (d) x 2240mm (h)

3 x 3 Straight Stand - 2700mm (w) x 306mm (d) x 2225mm (h)

4 x 3 Straight Stand - 3435mm (w) x 306mm (d) x 2225mm (h)

Podium Stand - 785mm (w) x 480mm (d) x 990mm (h)

How do I set up my stand?

True to their name, these stands have a metal frame that 'pops-up' once the frame is out of its carry case. Your banner graphic will be seperate strips of material which are then magnetically attached to the frame. It's a very simple process!

How is the stand transported?

The metal frame, graphics and lights all arrive inside the podium stand itself. Despite the combined weight, both are very easy to carry and take on the move. The podium case has wheels and a handle.

Please supply your design as a PDF file, with 3mm bleed. Trim marks are optional.
