Turnaround Time
Standard: 7 working days
Turnaround times start from supply of correct, print-ready artwork; if we are providing the design, it begins once we have your approval of proofs. Working days are Monday – Friday and exclude bank holidays.
What are the nibs of the pens like?
Our pens each have a trusty rollerball tip. Smooth to write with and easy to handle!
What is 'spot colour' printing?
Spot colour printing is utilised when a print design uses four or less colours. It works by printing each colour of the design in stages, layering the colours on top of one another to complete the design.
Where will my design be printed?
You can choose to have your design printed on the pen’s clip, or down the length of the pen and around the barrel. These areas are illustrated in the product images. If your design is quite long, it’s probably best to print it lengthways; while shorter designs may suit the single space on the clip better.
Supplying Your Own Design
Please supply your logo/design as a PDF file, or any other vector format (such as EPS or AI), where possible.
